Personalized & Custom Items
Because our personalized and custom-made products are created especially for you, all custom and personalized sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized or custom items unless:
- Your item arrives damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
- There was an error on our part.
Non-Personalized Items
If you receive a non-personalized item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your request and work with you to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production or processing begins. Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
